Tuvalu.gr offers you the opportunity in case you wish to change the product you have purchased to do so within 5 days from the day you receive your order.

Our company will immediately arrange the return of your order.

Returns are NOT accepted on specific products that are customizable and prepared to order, such as earrings for hygiene reasons.

The customer bears the cost of returning the product. For the refund, the product and its packaging must be in its original condition without damage and must be delivered within 5 days from the day of receipt of your order.

If the payment has been made by debit card, the money will be returned to the bank account where you made the purchase. If the payment has been made by cash on delivery, the money will be returned to the bank account of your choice.

If the product you received is defective, you can return it to us at no extra cost. If it is found to be defective, it will be replaced with a new product (if in stock, otherwise a refund will be made.)
